Chin`s Cafe & Motel in Eureka

I just spent over $70 and they gave me a total of 6 pieces of sweet and sour chicken... the place is a rip off...

Did not get what I ordered. Sent it back and got a second dish that was not what I ordered. Then tried to charge me for 3 dishes even though he only made 2. Food was not fresh, did not look good. Will never return.

This place is the best. I could write reviews on many of their dishes they are so wonderfully prepared. The sauces are homemade and the food is prepared to perfection. Please give this place a try if you love chinese food!

Great family and family owned business.

I can only say do not eat here or you will be sorry. I ordered a $68.00 to go order.The lemon chicken was very thin and the batter was thicker than the chicken.The egg rolls were very hard to find any filling, just crunchy won ton. The fried rice seemed very old and what I think was the pork was a strange grey color. The pot stickers tasted like they were from another day, and not fresh. They were so chewy, truly not edible. I would be so embarrassed to say I served this food out of my restaurant. Big, big disappointment.

Huge portion sizes, and average quality Chinese food. The wonton soup was a bit tasteless, and the fried rice was mostly just flavored with salt. Beef with pea pods was decent. Not my favorite, but not the worst I've had.

Excellent Chinese food at affordable prices. The owner is very friendly and always there to personally greet his customers. Food is the best in town, and cooked to order. No buffets, it’s all cooked when you order so it’s fresh. Prices very reasonable and they have all the normal Chinese fare, plus some house specials. Highly recommend.

Eat here and eat here often, devil's in the details I'm afraid

Ordered some wor wonton soup on my way out of town and the owner was very friendly. It was literally the best I've ever had! Thank you! I will definitely visit again when I am in the area

Food was absolutely horrible and the owner charged us too much money. When we pointed out the error she argued with us, then began laughing. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The waiter was a nice guy. The chow mein was good. You have the option of what style of noodles. Nice. The BBQ pork fried rice was not. The pork had freezer burn. Not fresh. The fried shrimp and sweet & sour pork was covered with to much breading. More breading then meat. To expensive for corn starch.

An OK Chinese restaurant but nothing special.

Sweet and sour sauce tasted like ketcup, lemon sauce for the lemon chicken made with kool-aid packets We spent over $100 on a delivery and these are only a few things we experienced. You want me to go on? Ok, I will. I will never spend money at this place ever again. I would have had better Chinese food from taco bell. The service was fast, food was still hot and thats the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Maybe they had a bad night, IDK. I'm just very unhapoy about the food we ordered for my celebration. Thanks.

Best Chinese food in town.

They have amazing food and great service. We really regret not going there sooner. Owners are also vary nice people.

I love going to Chin's everytime I feel like eating Chinese, Mr. Chin is super friendly and his food taste awesome. Family friendly.

The Chinese people are great. All types the food is good at close to fast food prices egg foo hung is a meal instead of an appetizer or a side like most places and under 10 dollars. Many other great entries . Paul and his wife are friendly and warm with a good sense of humor . rooms are always full. So a great meal is what you'll find . closed on Sundays.

My first dining experience there. On the upside very clean including the restroom and the food and service was great. On the downside, the restaurant could definitely benefit from an upgrade. And the view off 101 and near a cemetry is not too cool but unfortunately cannot change location since it has been a family business for decades.

I think this is a good place. The owner was so friendly. I called in a huge order to pick up, for a work lunch and it was ready in like 20 minutes. I liked the egg Foo young and the pot stickers. My co workers liked the mango garlic chicken. The restaurant was very quiet and seemed clean. I don't know what's going on in the motel surrounding the restaurant but I think it's best to lock your car doors before going in.

The place did seem clean. Service did seem attentive.However the food was very blah, and Americanized Chinese food. Sadly using frozen mixed vegetables and excessive amount of chopped celeryNot really worth the price they ask for.

I took the breading off the chicken and put it in the top of the shell as you can see in the photo—90% breading. The fried rice was not fried rice—closer to old mashed potatoes

Was definitely a let down! Bought $100.00 worth of food and I'm very unsatisfied missing orders and beef was under cooked tasted soggy/gooey.Will not be going back.

Great as can be however Chow Mein was not. Felt like I got bottom of the pan. Otherwise would be 5 stars for sure!

Prices not to bad food was good

Vegetable chow main was disgusting. Teriyaki chicken was bland and fatty. Crab puffs lacked cheese and crab.

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are flavorable and the crew is efficient and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a gorgeous time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

The soup and tea were good. The staff was friendly. The service was slow. The rest of dinner was below average.

The crab puffs tasted great, but were basically empty. The Hot and sour soup was pretty good.However the Broccoli Beef tasted like salty fish and was chewy, the kung pow chicken was 90 % celery, there were like two shrimp in my shrimp chow mein, the vegetables in garlic sauce were 99% cabbage and onion very wet and soupy.I’m super disappointed. And now my stomach is upset.

Owner was so friendly when I called in my order, it was ready so fast and he was so nice when I went in to pick it up. It was more food than I expected, and was priced appropriately. I’ve lived in eureka for almost a year and I wish I had tried this place earlier. Szechuan beef is amazing here, and I love the orange chicken. I will be eating here again.

Best egg flower soup I've ever had! Service was friendly and efficient. Prices are fair and portions are generous.

My family has enjoyed this restaurant for 3 generations. It has delicious food and some of the nicest people you'll meet!

Came here with my boyfriend. I ordered a chicken w broccoli but got a heavy oily soup chicken with broccoli and OILYYYY fried rice. Although the waiter took it back and remade the fried rice he did not fix the oilyness on the chicken w broccoli. Will NOT return!

We ordered 40min before close so maybe they were in a hurry. $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids take out and some of the worst Chinese food I’ve had. I honestly would’ve ate McDonald’s instead and I haven’t had their food in over 10 years.

Paul is an amazing host. He made my meal so enjoyable. He continued throughout our meal to make sure everything was good and that we were enjoying our food which of course we were. Everything was delicious and the prices are good but paul is the real reason to go!♡

This spot sure knows how to serve their clients. Constantly with a helpful attitude. The food is conveniently priced, regularly delicious and neat.

I very much enjoyed the mango garlic chicken, with perfectly ripe mango and fun spicy flavor. The thin sliced BBQ pork appetizer was good, however it was warm rather than hot and in between dry and moist (I prefer moist). Enjoyed the sauces and sesame seeds :)
